All content, including but not limited to worksheets, products, packs, workbooks, advice and tips, reviews, for your personal use and for your household only, and may not be distributed, reproduced or modified in any way for commercial purposes. Use within schools, other organisations and education establishments, or by private tutors is not permitted, unless a school subscription is purchased (please also refer to school subscriptions terms set out below).
Using Chargeable and Free Content Produced by Teach My Kids
Purchasing, downloading, printing and/or using content, including but not limited to workbooks, packs, individual worksheets, free resources, etc, gives you license to use content and/or products produced by Teach My Kids. If you have paid a subscription fee, the license runs for the duration of the subscription period. You agree that you will not use the content for commercial purposes, all Teach My Kids branding is retained, you will not systematically download, print and/or copy any of the content produced by Teach My Kids with the purpose of compiling, composing, creating any kind of collection, database, directory, inventory etc.
Teach My Kids also provides access to official SATs papers, QCA Pitch and Expectations and Year 1 Phonics Screening Check papers, these are © QCA / QCDA / Department for Education and reproduced under the terms of the Open Government Licence. These resources are intended for home use / private study only.
All content is copyrighted and must not be edited, modified, reproduced or photocopied in any way and must not be redistributed for commercial purposes, or used in the classroom or other establishments.
Trial membership is valid for 14 days. Membership starts as soon as payment is confirmed and gives you limited access to Teach My Kids services. Upon making payment for a trial period, you agree that after 14 days, your membership to services provided by Teach My Kids will revert to an Annual Subscription, chosen by the member upon sign up, for a period of 1 Year, unless an email cancelation notification (sent to: customerservice @teachmykids.co.uk) is received. A minimum of 24 hours notice of cancelation is required prior to the end of the trial period and is only valid if confirmed as received by Teach My Kids. A trial membership is only available once to any one person, to only one member of the household. Subsequent trial membership by other members in the same household is not permitted.
Payment / Renewals
All payments for services and products must be made in advance using a valid credit / debit card. For your convenience, payments for all subscriptions will be taken on a yearly recurring basis, from your stored valid credit / debit card information for each child. The cost of renewal will depend on the package you are subscribed to. Customers must check the current selling price for their package on the sign up page https://teachmykids.co.uk/signup
If you are a renewing subscriber, subscribed to a single year group package, you will be able to change the year group you are subscribed to once your account has renewed. Please note: you can only make 1 year group change per child throughout the subscription term.
If payment is not received in advance or your credit / debit card has expired, services will not be renewed and current services provided by Teach My Kids will cease on the service expiry date.
Teach My Kids reserves the right to change the price of subscriptions and products. All payments must be made in GB Pounds.
All Single Year Group and Full Access Subscription packages are available for a period of 1 year on a recurring yearly payment basis.
Teach My Kids is always improving the website and the service that it provides. Teach My Kids cannot guarantee that every resource and link will be available all of the time. Teach My Kids reserves the right to remove or change the content at any time.
A 'fair usage' system is in place. Teach My Kids reserves the right to cancel a subscription if it feels a member is misusing the subscription in any way. No sharing of accounts is allowed.
Discount codes and special promotional prices are valid for the dates stated only, expired codes and promotions will not be valid. Discount / promotion codes must be entered at the checkout at the time of purchase. Discount codes are available to new customers only.
TMKed reserves the right to change the price of the products and its contents at any time. Products purchased from the shop will be available for download for a period of 7 days and will be available to download a maximum of 3 times. After this time, it will need to be purchased again.
Provision of Chargeable Content
Chargeable content is provided and commences immediately upon confirmation of your subscription,or payment of your purchased product.
By making a purchase or renewal and completing the order process, you are expressing your wish for chargeable content to be available immediately, therefore you waive your right to a 'cooling off' period and to a refund of any monies already paid to Teach My Kids.
Refunds and Cancelation
All PDF's are tested. To download PDF's, members will need Adobe Reader http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/. Teach My Kids cannot be responsible if PDF's fail to open on your PC, laptop, tablet etc. This cannot be used as a reason for a refund.
Teach My Kids is a service that provides chargeable content upon subscribing or purchasing products, therefore you are not entitled to a refund once a payment has been taken. Please ensure you are satisfied with the content offered before making payment. All content, is tested prior to upload, therefore Teach My Kids is not responsible for any issues you may encounter on your PC, laptop, tablet etc.
Cancelation of the trial period requires 24 hours notice prior to the renewal date. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancelation is only valid if confirmed by Teach My Kids. If you cancel your membership less than 24 hours prior to your membership converting to an annual subscription, we reserve the right not to make any refund in these circumstances and for any unused subscription plans.
If you do not wish your subscription to auto renew, you can cancel it at any time before the renewal date.
Subscriptions/Renewals can be canceled at any time by logging in to Teach My Kids and clicking on the 'Cancel Subscription' button in the 'My Account' area. Please ensure cancelations have taken place prior to the renewal date, no full or partial refunds can be provided. Please also refer to 'Provision of Chargeable Content'.
If you are a consumer based within the European Union, you have a right to cancel your subscription under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 at any time until the expiry of the fourteenth (14th) day from the date of payment. If you wish to cancel your subscription or purchase in accordance with this clause, before you have commenced use of the services provided by Teach My Kids, you will receive a refund. If during this period you have commenced use of the Service, downloaded any product, item, worksheets, resource or any chargeable content, no refund can be provided and you will have continued access to the services and chargeable content until the maximum number of downloads have been used, or until the end of the subscription period.
If you make a payment for chargeable content in error you must inform us within 24 hours and must not use the service or download any content. You agree that we have the right to deduct a £5 administration fee from any refund you are entitled to. This reasonable cost goes towards the administrative time taken to amend your account on all of our systems and to process your refund. We aim to keep this cost as low as possible in order to ensure our subscription costs for all our customers are kept as low as possible.
Passwords and Security
All users and subscribers to Teach My Kids are responsible for keeping their registered e-mail address and password safe and in taking steps to ensure it is not used by other individuals. Any misuse of Teach My Kids services will result in termination of membership. You must inform us if your passwords and security have been compromised in any way. Teach My Kids reserves the right to monitor downloads to ensure fair usage for the protection of Teach My Kids and our members.
Referral Scheme for Members
Teach My Kids referral scheme is available to any current member. A credit of £2.50 will be made to a members account only if their personalized link is used by a new subscriber to join Teach My Kids. A purchase of an annual subscription must be made by the new subscriber to receive the credit. Cookies will be used to track referrals.Teach My Kids cannot guarantee referral credits. A referral credit will only be made if the purchase can be tracked by Teach My Kids. Only one referral credit will be made per new subscriber, regardless of the number of subscriptions the new subscriber purchases. All referral credits will be used when the original member renews their subscription or purchases a new annual subscription. Referral credits may not be used to purchase worksheet packs, workbooks or individual worksheets from the shop.
Subscription Plans and Products
Teach My Kids reserves the right to change the price of subscription plans, referral fees and/or products sold at any time.
Donations to Charity
Teach My Kids reserves the right to change the charity it donates to at any time. £5 of the cost of the annual subscription will be donated to the chosen charity. Donations only apply to new customers who have not previously subscribed to Teach My Kids and do not apply to trial subscriptions and/or renewing subscriptions/customers. Donations will be passed on to the chosen charity at 3 month intervals.

Payment must be made in advance via bank payment or by cheque. Payment by cheque will incur a £3.00 administration charge. License is given to use Teach My Kids worksheets for a period of 12 months. License is only given to teachers / authorised people working at the named school. Worksheets must only be provided to pupils attending the named school. Teach My Kids must be notified of any staff leaving employment at the named school, so that their account can be terminated or transferred to another member of staff.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this site and the services Teach My Kids provides.
You agree that Teach My Kids, its employees, agents and affiliates, shall not be liable for any decision made or action taken by you or others based upon reliance on news, information, or any material published by Teach My Kids. All information provided by Teach My Kids is to be used on an ‘as is, with all faults’ basis and thereby indemnify Teach My Kids against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, however caused.
Teach My Kids assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Service; any incompatibility of the Service with any of your equipment, software or telecommunications links; technical complications including errors or interruptions to the Service; unsuitability, unreliability, inaccuracy or inadequacy to meet your requirements.
Teach My Kids cannot and does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the news, information, or any other content found on our site, in our newsletter, worksheets, in any other services provided, or its usefulness for any particular purpose. Links to other websites from Teach My Kids is for your convenience. Teach My Kids does not endorse these websites and have no responsibility for the content on that website.
Teach My Kids is not liable for any failure to carry out services for reasons beyond its control including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunication problems, software failure, hardware failure, third party interference, Government, emergency on major scale or any social disturbance of extreme nature such as industrial strike, riot, terrorism and war or any act or omission of any third party services.
Changes of Terms and Conditions
Teach My Kids reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions, with or without notice to you. These Terms and Conditions applicable to anyone using the service, including but not limited to website content, worksheets, products, packs, advice and tips, reviews etc, will be the version that is displayed on the website on each date you access the website or any other website operated by Teach My Kids. Your use after the changes are made means that you are bound by and agree to them. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you should cease using Teach My Kids, including but not limited to website content, worksheets, products, packs, advice and tips, reviews etc.
Entire Agreement and Governing Law
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement with respect to providing services and products, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements concerning such confidential information. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
Where one or more terms of this agreement are held to be void or unenforceable for whatever reason, any other terms of the contract not so held will remain valid and enforceable at law.
